X-FIT or CROSS-FIT?
X-FIT stands for EXCELLENCE IN FITNESS. We are not and will never be cross-fit.
Are the workouts at X-FIT your typical boxing workouts?
No. You will not get an typical boxing workout here. Each training session is 1 hour long. To get the ball rolling we start with boxing or kickboxing. Basic punches and kicks, bag work in the ring, mitt work, reaction bag work–and to finish we go into strength training and balance training. There are no stops and no pauses — each part of the workout flows into the next organically. We move into more advanced training regimens as each client progresses.
Do you build the equipment used by the clients?
Yes, I build the gym’s equipment — not all but most.
Why?
To build muscles and flexibility at same time from different angles. There a method to my madness – try it once and you will be a believer.
Who do you like to train better – beginners or experienced clients?
I enjoy working with both.
If I don’t want to box or kickbox during my workout, will you still train me?
Yes, not all clients want to box. I have 25 years experience training clients in a vast range of fitness programs. I can train you.
Do you allow independent trainers?
No. I train each client personally.
